Call the 24-Hour Help Line at (877) 285-7944. If a Visonex representative is unable to answer, leave your contact information and a brief description of the issue. Your message will go out to the phones and pagers of Visonex support staff immediately. You will receive a timely response.
Training In-Services
Not only does Visonex provide training when Clarity is first launched at your clinic…we’ll deliver training in-services whenever you need. The in-service can be tailored to cover specific topics.
Online Help System
A comprehensive collection of help resources—including guides, frequently asked questions, and video tutorials—is available inside the Clarity application
User Group Events
At our user group events, clients get a behind-the-scenes look at how Clarity is developed, a sneak preview of future functionality, and training and suggestions for using all that Clarity has to offer. In addition, attendees are invited to share their ideas, ask questions, and make requests. The user group meeting provides an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues too.
