ASP.Net Programmer
Introduction
Visonex, a rapidly growing Health Care Information Management company, is looking to hire the right person to add to our development team. A successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail. This programmer will have the opportunity to telecommute and a flexible schedule after a 1 month training period.
Job Description
Visonex is looking for an entry level .NET developer who can design and implement web page applications using ASP.Net, C# pages, and SQL Server 2005.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using ASP.Net and C#.
- Design and develop database tables using TSQL and SQL Server 2005.
- Test self and peers’ code.
- Identify and estimate work-load from project specifications in English.
- Report work progress on a daily basis in English.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field or experience.
- Experience creating web-based applications using Microsoft ASP.Net 2.0.
- Experience in C# and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005 and T-SQL.
- Knowledge of website design, JavaScript, and HTLM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Virtual Machines is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely under minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal skills.
- Knowledge of Classic ASP a plus.

HL7 / Billing Programmer
Introduction
Visonex is seeking a programmer to join our expanding company. We are seeking a full-time staff programmer and billing liaison to our clients (not a “temporary” or “contract” programmer). This job will be primarily responsible for maintaining/developing code, working with clients to setup billing interfaces, and resolve problems with interfaces.
This programmer will have the opportunity to telecommute and a flexible schedule after a 1 month training period.
Responsibilities
As a Visonex programmer, you will:
- Work with Visonex staff (e.g., senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan program code enhancements and changes.
- Create, test and maintain Billing program code.
- Provide assistance to Visonex technical support staff when they are unable to resolve a program,
- Provide assistance to customers as may be needed to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem.
- Provide general programming assistance to other Visonex programmers/projects as may be needed.
- Design sample data to help clients build / configure their billing interface.
- Participate in conference calls with Clients to help them build / configure their billing interface.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
The programmer must have demonstrable experience with:
- SQL Server / TSQL
- Billing/Claims or Insurance Experience
The ideal candidate will also have experience with:
- Health Level 7 (HL7) record formats
- .NET
The programmer should also possess the following traits:
- Enjoy working with others in a team atmosphere.
- Prefer a small-business, fast paced working environment.
- Enjoy maintaining/enhancing code to meet changing customer/industry needs.
- Have a “customer-service” orientation .
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
