Deployment Specialist

Postion Summary: 

Visonex is a fast paced, dynamic information technology company headquartered in Green Bay, WI.  Due to growth opportunities, Visonex is in need of a highly motivated Deployment Specialist to assist our customers in the adoption of our proprietary software package, Clarity.  The Deployment Specialist is charged with the planning, scheduling and training of customer end users in the use and functionality of Clarity.

Responsibilities: 

To complete all pre-planning deployment checklists that prepare the customer for the technical acceptance of Clarity. Scheduling travel arrangements in order to perform onsite training sessions.  Conduct in depth training sessions with client end users.  Perform post deployment support of end user questions and the collection of all functionality enhancement communication form the customer.

Qualifications: 
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of:  Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Windows Operating System and software navigation.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Desire to work closely in a relationship building, training, and support manner with Visonex customer base.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education and Experience: 
  • Must have four year undergraduate degree.
  • Experience in customer facing roles.
Physical Demands: 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for up to eight hours.  Manual dexterity which allows the individual to use hands to type on a keyboard, use a mouse and write are required, as is the ability to talk and hear.  The ability to travel on a regular occurance within the United States.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
