Scott Vanden Elzen has extensive experience in project management, web site design, and application development. He is the system architect of Clarity. Scott previously designed and created the Health Care Market Analysis System (HCMAS™), a health care marketing and quality assurance data analysis tool, which is sold to over 100 hospitals nationwide.
