John Opichka, President
John Opichka is the former executive director of Urban Hope. Urban Hope was a non-profit urban renewal project created by Reggie White (of Green Bay Packer fame) and John Opichka, aimed at helping start small businesses through teaching entrepreneurship skills. During John's five years as executive director, Urban Hope helped start more than 150 small businesses—more than 99% were still in operation at his departure. John was also named 2001 Entrepreneur Advocate of the Year in seven states.
Kenneth Hartman, Chief Operations Officer
Ken Hartman is an electrical engineer with 20 years of management, engineering, and information technology experience. Ken has expertise in device interfaces, networking, and computer security, as well as project management. Ken is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and is the Chair of the Madison Wisconsin section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
Michael Hess, Vice President - Sales
Michael Hess brings to Visonex nearly 20 years of successful sales experience, most of which have been in the health care industry. Prior to joining Visonex, he worked for Genzyme Therapeutics, where his work included direct relations with the dialysis community.
Michael has spent years building and sustaining relationships with people working in dialysis. His sales philosophy is all about building relationships and working together.
Scott Vanden Elzen, Vice President - Application Development
Scott Vanden Elzen has extensive experience in project management, web site design, and application development. He is the system architect of Clarity. Scott previously designed and created the Health Care Market Analysis System (HCMAS™), a health care marketing and quality assurance data analysis tool, which is sold to over 100 hospitals nationwide. Scott currently holds MCSE, MCDBA, MCPD, and MCITP certifications.
